>> Save Immediately on Display at Mountains & Plains Booksellers Show
We discovered over the years that the Mountains & Plains Booksellers Trade Show (Sept. 24-26 in Denver) is the very best event for reaching bookstore owners directly. If you're serious about having your books in stores, this is the one. NMBA is in charge of the impressive IBPA Booth this year; we'll be a major presence there. Save with your earlybird commitment (just $60 for two titles!) by Saturday Aug. 15 (this Saturday!). Call (505) 231-1755 or email Richard@oceantree.com directly. Then send check for $60 and one or two copies of each title to: New Mexico Book Association, c/o Recursos, 826 Camino del Monte Rey, Santa Fe 87505. We will provide you with info on your free catalog page in reply.
>> Members: Renew now and deduct $2!
September 1 is NMBA's annual membership renewal month. But you can save $2 if you renew your membership now! Send your check ($60) to NMBA, c/o Barbara Beasley Murphy, NMBA Treasurer, 486 Circle Drive, Santa Fe NM 87501. (We won't have to send an invoice and you'll be in good standing to September 2010!) Add any news or info changes you'd like in an enclosed note.
