In his June presentation to SWW, internationally accredited speaker and facilitator Ron Chapman (a former long-time Albuquerque resident and radio host at KUNM-FM), explored writer's inner obstructions to success. Now in "The Write Answers" he'll offer his unique expertise in a facilitated trouble shooting session that not only provides information on the challenges writers' face both in the writing process and in the publishing industry, but provides interactive opportunities for each participant to tackle their personal barriers to success.
Participants should bring several questions about what they perceive to be obstacles or their "stuckness," and explore what they perceive as a limitation or obstacle and Ron will help you see the opportunity within. From his own journey as a writer and author (and through the scores of interviews he conducted with New York Times best-selling and emerging local authors on KUNM-FM) and by working with small presses and trying to get name and book recognition, Ron knows where you've been and how to move beyond limited thinking.
An internationally recognized and accredited speaker and consultant, Ron Chapman nurtures creative thought and action while facilitating personal and professional growth and organization and leadership development, assisting clients in deepening their awareness, changing their perceptions, and cultivating insight and understanding to allow any challenge or problem to be overcome. A self-described full-time, all-time student of human, organizational, and cultural dynamics, Chapman, through his company, Magnetic North LLC, travels throughout the United States, Europe and recently, Zimbabwe, Africa, delivering powerful keynote addresses and conducting Seeing True seminars and workshops. Author of Seeing True: Ninety Contemplations in Ninety Days, What a Wonderful World and the Seeing True series of audio discs "The Way of Success in Leadership and "The Way of Spirit," Chapman is also a national award-winning social radio commentator.

Ron will take those questions or experiences and work with you to find real solutions. From his own journey as a writer and author and through working with small presses and trying to get name and book recognition, Ron knows where you’ve been and how to move beyond limited thinking.

“Ron Chapman has done it again! While many spiritual manuals exhort to view our lives in a different way, few give us a clear mechanism for achieving this. Here is a clear guide laid out in easy to follow day by day steps for examining your life and ultimately, transforming it. Bravo!”

--Sean Murphy, Author One Bird, One Stone: 108 American Zen Stories and The Hope Valley Hubcap King

“Clarity is an aspect of love, it is seeing clearly. Ron Chapman sees with those eyes. He pays attention as few do to the miracles around us. He tells the One Story in all its permutations as a way of drawing us closer to our heart.”

—Stephen Levine, author of Who Dies?, Gradual Awakening, Healing into Life and Death

Seeing True: Ninety Contemplations in Ninety Days is an elegantly crafted set of meditation-like vignettes based on the experiences of the author and others. Presented in a workbook format, they allow the reader to respond to simple but thought-provoking questions, the answers to which can provide insights of life changing magnitude. The contemplations, now available from Ozark Mountain Publishing, examine spiritual themes with open mindedness and curiosity to facilitate one’s ability to see with new eyes.

Seeing True: Ninety Contemplations in Ninety Days uses the Seeing True™ framework, a unique transformational philosophy and the culmination of more than twenty years of Chapman’s personal and professional experience and research, to bring greater awareness and personal freedom to those seeking personal transformation. For example, the act of forgiving can heal the most difficult relationships, so asking “What Wrongs do I Perceive?” and “How Do I Retaliate?” can take the reader beyond grievances to shared solutions. Also, with suggestions such as “Do a good deed today that you don’t want to do and let no one know about it. How does it feel?” Chapman challenges readers to examine their myths and attitudes and helps them to take practical, spiritually-infused actions, providing them with a framework on their journey of self-discovery.

About the author: An internationally recognized and accredited speaker and consultant, Chapman nurtures creative thought and action while facilitating personal and professional growth and organization and leadership development, assisting clients in deepening their awareness, changing their perceptions, and cultivating insight and understanding to allow any challenge or problem to be overcome. A self-described full-time, all-time student of human, organizational, and cultural dynamics, Chapman, through his company, Magnetic North LLC, travels throughout the United States, Europe and recently, Zimbabwe, Africa, delivering powerful keynote addresses and conducting Seeing True™ seminars, workshops. Author of What a Wonderful World and the Seeing True series of audio discs “The Way of Success in Leadership” and “The Way of Spirit,” Chapman is also a national award-winning social commentator.
